Cancellation and Refund Policy – GrowAI Lingo Webinars Bootcamp

Thank you for choosing GrowAI Lingo for your webinar bootcamp experience. Please read the following policies carefully regarding cancellations, refunds, batch changes, and candidate name transfers.

Cancellation and Refund:

• Once purchased, our workshops/courses at mygrowai.in are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
• You may choose to join a different batch or allow another candidate to attend the course on your behalf.

Completion Certificate:

• The completion certificate will be issued only once and in the name of the candidate who attends the complete course and passes the required examination.

Batch Change or Candidate Name Transfer:

• To request a batch change or candidate name transfer, contact us at lingo@growai.in.
• The request should be made at least 48 hours before the course’s start. After this period, no changes will be accepted.

Fee Differential:

• If the replacement batch has a higher fee, the candidate must pay the differential amount.
• If the replacement batch has a lower fee, a credit note will be issued for the differential amount, usable for any other course offered by mygrowai.in.

Non-Attendance:

• If a candidate fails to attend the workshop/course and/or examination, they will be marked absent.
• No replacement lectures/examinations will be provided, and the candidate is not eligible for a refund.
